Hurt People features a broken heart with a bandage over it which represents unhealed trauma and baggage that sometimes people allow to transfer onto the people around them, which is represented by the other broken heart. When we are unhealed we are incapable of giving love in a healthy way and end up hurting people as we are hurt if not worse.
