Refund policy

You have 14 days upon receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition they were received; unused/unworn with original tags and original packaging. Receipt or other proof of purchase required.

How To Start A Return

Step 2: If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package

*Items returned without request will not be accepted.

Damages And Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will be happy to evaluate the issue and make things right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Original canvases
  • Original art magnets
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, please place a new order for the item once we have accepted your request for a return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return and the refund has been approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method.*

*It may take some time for your bank/credit card company to process and post your refund.
