Let’s talk about the other side of just saying “I’m Ok” “I’m Not Ok” is the answer to the original artwork “I’m Ok” (2019). This work is about the power of vulnerability and accepting when you know you are not at your best, acknowledging that and moving forward to implement your self care routine and management plan to reset and recharge yourself.
